How soon will I see social media growth?
The growth of your account is directly related to the cost of your investment and goals. The more time we spend on your account, the greater your results with be.
Keep in mind, less popular niches grow at a slower pace because the audience pool is smaller, whereas larger niches (fitness, fashion, travel, etc...) tend to pick up a bit quicker because they are generally more popular with a variety of people.
Do I have to give you my login information?
Yes, to gain access to your account, we will need your login information. We use a variety of methods to obtain this information and choose the one you are comfortable with.
Please note, to automatically publish your posts to instagram, we will need to be added to your facebook account.
- Go to Business page
- Click Settings in the left column
- Click Page Roles
- Enter our email address
- Select the role Editor
- Click Add
- The invitation is now pending & you're all done!
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Account management: you are more than welcome to change your plan once your current month is complete. We create and plan content one month in advance, so we don't allow mid-month alterations.
Coaching: contact us with what you would like to change, and we'll do our best to accomidate you!
Can I cancel account management at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time, but you will not be prorated because the content is created in advance. Once you formally cancel your package, we will stop posting on your account.
What are your business hours?
Our normal business hours are 7am - 4pm PT.
If you need to reach us after hours, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be answered first thing in the morning.
If it is an emergency, you are welcome to send Megan a direct message on Instagram @she.strayed.
What is your main method of correspondence?
Please email email@example.com for all purposes, other than emergency situations, in which you can send a direct message to Megan on Instagram at @she.strayed.
What is the preferred method of payment?
You can make your payment through a link in the invoice you receive with a credit card or your bank information. We also accept Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle, if you prefer.
